TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION/REQUIREMENTS


Please find below some requirements we have to ensure the entertainment for your event runs smoothly on the day.

1.           Adequate parking for up to 6 cars and a tail lift van. Parking should be within easy access of the stage.

2.           Access to the venue is required at least 2 hours prior to the start of the event for the setting up of equipment and sound checking. Please inform us in advance of any difficulties with access such as stairs, lifts etc.

3.           Adequate safe supply of electricity – a minimum of 3 x 13A mains wall sockets adjacent to the stage. For outdoor events, including marquees, a generator capable of supplying 32 amps single phase 240V.

4.           A minimum stage or setting up area of 6m x 4m (20ft x 13ft) is required. The band is able to perform within a slightly smaller space if there is room to set up some of the equipment off the stage to the sides.

5.           A private and secure room for the number of performers and crew, for the use of the band to change in, leave personal belongings and rest during breaks.
